These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules for using PNT Picker, the Pinterest comment picker operated by Maetheon Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the tool, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use PNT Picker. What PNT Picker is
PNT Picker is a tool that gathers publicly available comments from a Pinterest pin and helps you select a random winner for a giveaway or contest. It lets you filter entries, remove duplicate comments, choose how many winners to draw, and export your entries. We provide the tool as a service on a subscription basis.
Your account
To use the paid features of PNT Picker, you need an account. You agree to give accurate information when you sign up and to keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so if you think someone else has accessed it, tell us at [email protected] straight away. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country to use PNT Picker, and you must run any contests in line with the platform rules and laws that apply to you.
Subscriptions and payment
PNT Picker is offered on subscription plans. At the time of writing, the Creator plan is billed monthly and the Growth plan is billed yearly, with the current prices shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method for the plan you selected.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal. This keeps your access uninterrupted. If a payment fails, we may pause or limit your access until the payment is sorted out. We may change our prices from time to time, and if we do, the new price applies from your next billing period after we have given you reasonable notice.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that. Because PNT Picker is a digital service you can use as soon as you subscribe, payments are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we decide, at our discretion, to make an exception. If you think you have been charged in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will look into it.
Acceptable use
We ask you to use PNT Picker responsibly and lawfully. You agree not to use the tool to break the law, to break Pinterest's own terms, to harass or harm others, or to run contests that are dishonest or misleading. You agree not to try to break, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the tool or the systems it runs on, and not to use it to collect data for purposes that would breach anyone's privacy or rights. You are responsible for making sure the giveaways you run comply with the rules of Pinterest and the laws and regulations that apply where you and your entrants are located, including any rules on prizes, sweepstakes and promotions.
If you misuse the service or break these Terms, we may suspend or close your account without a refund.
Pinterest comment data
PNT Picker works with comments that are already publicly visible on Pinterest. We are an independent tool and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Pinterest in any official way. You are responsible for having the right to run a contest on the pin you use and for handling any entrant information you receive lawfully. We provide the tool that gathers and randomises entries, but the contest itself, its rules, and its prize are yours to manage.
Fairness of the draw
We design PNT Picker to treat every valid entry equally and to select winners at random. We work hard to make the draw fair and reliable. That said, we provide the tool "as is" and cannot guarantee that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. You are responsible for reviewing the entry list and the result before you announce a winner.
Availability of the service
We aim to keep PNT Picker running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will be available at all times without interruption. We may need to take the service down for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for losses caused by the service being unavailable, though we will always try to keep any downtime short and, where we can, to let you know in advance.
Our intellectual property
The PNT Picker name, website, design, and software belong to Maetheon Limited. These Terms do not give you any ownership of them. You may use the tool for your own giveaways under an active subscription, but you may not copy, resell, or pass off our tool or brand as your own.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Maetheon Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of PNT Picker, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a significant change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know. If you keep using PNT Picker after a change, that means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of the United Kingdom, unless the law that applies to you says otherwise.
