Before you email, this might save you time
A good number of questions have quick answers, so it is worth a look at our FAQ page and our About page first. Between them, they cover how the draw stays random, how keyword filters work, how to remove duplicate comments, what the Creator and Growth plans include, and how to export your entries to CSV. If your question is already answered there, you will have your solution in seconds instead of waiting on a reply.

How to help us help you
When you write in about a problem, a little context goes a long way. If you can, include the link to the pin you were running the contest on, a short description of what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. If something looked wrong on screen, a screenshot is gold. Tell us which browser you are using and whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer. None of this is mandatory, but every detail shaves time off the back-and-forth and gets you a real answer sooner.
For billing questions, mention the email address on your subscription and roughly when the charge happened. That lets us find your account without asking you to send anything sensitive. Please never email us a full card number or password. We will never ask for either, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
What we can help with
Most of what lands in our inbox falls into a handful of buckets, and we are glad to help with all of them.
Getting started. If you are new to PNT Picker and not sure how to run your first draw, tell us what kind of contest you are running and we will point you in the right direction. It is usually simpler than people expect.
Something is not working. If the tool is behaving oddly, if comments are not loading as you expected, or if a filter is not doing what you thought, send the details, and we will dig in. Bugs get fixed faster when we can reproduce them, which is why those screenshots and pin links matter.
Billing and subscriptions. Questions about the Creator or Growth plan, switching between monthly and yearly, updating payment details, or checking a charge all come to the same address. Payments run through Stripe, and we can help you sort out anything on our side.
Feature ideas. Some of the best improvements to PNT Picker started as an email from someone who wished it did one more thing. If you have an idea, send it. We keep a list, and we genuinely read it when we plan what to build next.
Business and partnerships. If you are an agency running contests for clients, a brand planning something larger, or a company interested in working together, write in and tell us what you have in mind.
When you will hear back
We are a UK-based team, so replies land during UK business hours, Monday to Friday. We try hard to answer within one working day. Messages sent over a weekend or a UK public holiday will be picked up on the next working day. If you have not heard from us in a couple of days, it is worth checking your spam or junk folder, since replies occasionally end up there. You are always welcome to send a gentle nudge if a message seems to have slipped through.
A note on privacy
When you contact us, we only use your details to answer you. We do not sell your email address, we do not sign you up to marketing you did not ask for, and we do not share your messages with anyone outside the team who needs to see them to help you. Feedback, good and bad
Praise is lovely and we do enjoy reading it, but honest criticism is often more useful. If something about PNT Picker frustrated you, we want to know, because that is how the tool gets better.
